How do I book a stay?

Search for a place and dates, see the total for your room, then WhatsApp or call the property. Your dates, room and guests are filled into the WhatsApp message. The property confirms availability and your booking with you by phone or WhatsApp.

Is my stay confirmed when I message the property?

No. A stay is confirmed only when the property tells you so. Nothing is charged online.

What does the price include?

The total shown for a room includes applicable taxes for your dates and rooms.

Can I pay online?

Online payment is paused for now. You settle payment directly with the property once it confirms.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each property sets its own, shown on its page under Policies. If none is shown, ask the property before you confirm.
