These terms explain how you may use IndoGoan to find hotels, villas and hostels and to contact them to book. By using the site you agree to them.
What IndoGoan does
IndoGoan lists stays offered directly by independent properties. We show you their rooms, rates and policies, and give you each property’s WhatsApp and phone number to book.
The property, not IndoGoan, provides the accommodation and is responsible for it.
Booking
Messaging or calling a property does not confirm a stay. A stay is confirmed only when the property tells you it is.
Availability and prices can change until the property confirms. The total we show includes applicable taxes at the time you view it.
Payments
Online payment is currently paused. You will agree payment details directly with the property. Do not pay anyone who has not confirmed your stay.
Cancellations and changes
Each property sets its own cancellation policy, shown on its page. If a property has not published one, ask it before you confirm.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate details, follow the property rules, and do not misuse the site or send false requests.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, IndoGoan is not liable for the condition of a property, for stays a property cannot honour, or for losses from agreements made directly with a property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Goa.
